the leaders will in incharge of collective $10 cash only from ALL the group members and pass it to me.

To be truthful, the bills would add up to be $308.80 after the GST.
so i dont have enough funds..

i have already absorbed the pit price, and im really tight at the moment, so i cant pay for the $18.80 more even if i want to..
im sorry for the over-budgetting but i think it would be neccessary for a filling meal.
i ordered a 30-35people pax.
i believe there would be more than enough food for everyone.

The food would be delivered straight to WestCoastPark at 1pm.
we have to reach there earlier!
in case of wet weather, we will still continue the BBQ but if it really gets to heavy, (pray it wont please!) we will eat the cooked food first then bbqing will start after the rain stops.
mr ong would be late, so we have to leave the food for them yeah! :D
